Privacy

Respecting personal information.

Information we may collect

Depending on the service, PSV may collect identification and business contact information, assessment responses, self-assessment data, market and language choices, transaction information and technical submission data.

How information is used

Information is used to administer services, process assessments, communicate authorized results, support participants and improve PSV offerings.

Assessment access

Assessment results may be shared with the participant and the organization or authorized professional that requested the assessment.

Analytics and service providers

Where consent is required, analytics remain disabled until permission is provided. Hosting, payment, form and analytics providers may process data in other countries.

Questions and rights

Requests for access, correction or withdrawal should be submitted through the main PSV Global contact channel. This page must be supplemented with the official privacy officer’s contact information before broad public launch.

Retention and safeguards

Personal information should be kept only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and protected with reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. Access should be limited to authorized people.

Consent and withdrawal

Assessment processing requires participant acknowledgement of the stated purpose. Optional analytics consent is separate and can be refused without preventing completion of the assessment.

International processing

Because PSV serves several markets, service providers may process information outside the province, state or country of the participant. Applicable contractual and legal safeguards should be reviewed before broad deployment.
